Free virtual workshop for Diabetes Sangha - an online meditation community for people with type 1 diabetes. In the workshop, we will explore what medical trauma is, how it can affect daily life with type 1 diabetes, and resources for coping.

The series includes: 1) Thank you, Body, 2) Mindful Letter Writing, 3) Somatic Signal Scan, and 4) Mantras for Blood Glucose Concerns.
